Read the Harbour Management Rules, acceptance of which are a condition of allocation.
Send evidence of vessel third party insurance to £3M to harbour@fhsa.org.uk, or show a copy to the Harbour Master.
Submit your application by completing the application form below.
Applicants may be invited to meet with the Harbour Master.

Note (October 2025): Due to antisocial behaviour from some Personal Watercraft (PWC) users, launching has been restricted at some nearby locations. To ensure continued responsible use of Fisherrow Harbour, all new PWC launching permit applicants will now be required to attend a meeting with the Harbour Master, before a permit is allocated. This step is to ensure that all users agree to enjoy the harbour area responsibly.

For applications that can be accommodated*, an allocation will be issued as an emailed invoice that will be sent to the applicant's email address through PayPal. This payment completes the allocation process..

Invoice payment can be made with a PayPal account, or by entering Debit or Credit card details into the PayPal online form.
*New applications are processed fortnightly by Harbour Management through the summer season and as needed at other times. Masters of currently moored or parked vessels will be invited to apply for renewal allocations in February and these will be processed in March.
