Campervans at Fisherrow

Please be considerate and do not plan to stay overnight in a vehicle at Fisherrow at the moment.

Without a way to manage numbers, there is no facility to accommodate visitors in campervans or motorhomes in a way that protects enjoyment of the area for everyone.

Trustees of FHSA ran a trial in 2020 and have discussed the merits of an Aire scheme with East Lothian Council.

ELC have recently implemented Traffic Orders to prohibit general overnight parking at coastal car parks and have run a camper trial at other car parks.  FHSA Trustees are hopeful that this will extend to Fisherrow, but we don't have a timescale yet. Please contact ELC for an update if needed.

Suggestions are welcome by email to campers@fhsa.org.uk
